Account settings
A tour of the Settings area in Landing Zone — where billing, credits, members, numbers, email accounts, deliverability, and integrations live.
Settings is where you configure your workspace — the account-level surfaces behind everything you send. This page is a map of what lives where.
How it works
Settings is organized into screens, each owning one slice of configuration:
- General — workspace-wide basics.
- Profile — your own user details.
- Preferences — personal preferences for how the app behaves for you.
- Notifications — which notifications you receive.
- Billing — your plan and invoices, managed through the secure billing portal. See Plans.
- Credits — your credit balance and history. See Credits.
- Members — your workspace's member list and their Owner, Admin, or Agent roles. See Workspaces and teams.
- Phone numbers — the Landing Zone numbers you send texts and place calls from. See Configure SMS and Configure calling.
- Email accounts — the connected email accounts you send from, including their signatures. See Configure email.
- Deliverability — email deliverability configuration. If delivery is struggling, start with email delivery issues.
- Blocklist — contacts you never want to reach, working alongside your suppression list. See Suppression lists.
- Trust Center — tracks your A2P 10DLC registration status; you enter your Brand and Campaign IDs here. See the A2P 10DLC setup guide.
- Webhooks — webhook configuration for your workspace.
- Integrations — connections to other services.
- Referrals — the referral program.
When to use it
You will live in Settings during initial setup — connecting email accounts, provisioning numbers, and completing registration tracking — and return for ongoing administration like checking credits and reviewing members. The initial setup checklist sequences the screens that matter on day one.
Limitations
- Member invites are not yet available in-app. You can see the member list and roles are enforced, but adding members does not happen from this screen today.
- Trust Center tracks registration; it does not submit it. A2P 10DLC registration happens with the carrier registry externally — you record the resulting IDs in Settings.
- Plan changes and cancellation go through the secure billing portal reached from Settings → Billing, not through in-app toggles. See Cancel or downgrade.
