Initial setup checklist
Everything to set up in your first week, from trial signup to your first batch and inbox review.
This is the full setup path for a new workspace. Work through it in order — each item links to a short guide below, and you can tick items off as you go.

- Start a trial — 7 days, payment method required, 20 trial credits.
- Configure email — connect an account in Settings → Email accounts and verify it.
- Configure SMS — get a number and track your A2P 10DLC registration in Settings → Trust Center; sending gates on approval. Numbers also serve calling.
- Set quiet hours — the default is 9 PM–8 AM in each contact's local time; set the window and timezone that fit your workspace.
- Create your first list — import a CSV, map columns, record the opt-in acknowledgment, and run screening.
- Verify phone numbers and email addresses — batch eligibility uses line types, and verified emails bounce less.
- Create templates and an email signature — reusable messages with merge fields, plus a signature per email account.
- Create your first batch — start small, review the preview's exclusions, then approve and start.
- Review the unified inbox — reply, assign, and set dispositions as responses arrive.
