Create a workspace

Signing up creates your workspace — the account that holds your contacts, numbers, batches, and billing.

There is no separate workspace-creation step: signing up at app.landingzone.co/register creates your workspace automatically. If you have not signed up yet, follow start a trial first.

What a workspace holds

The workspace is your account's tenant — everything you do in Landing Zone is scoped to it:

  • Contacts, lists, tags, and their outreach history.
  • Phone numbers and connected email accounts.
  • Batches, campaigns, templates, and automations.
  • Compliance state: consent records, suppression list, quiet hours.
  • Billing: your plan, credits, and invoices.

Roles

Workspaces support three roles, enforced on the server:

  • Owner — full control of the workspace, including billing.
  • Admin — manages day-to-day operation; owners and admins control automations.
  • Agent — works contacts and conversations.

You can see who is in your workspace under Your team. For details, see workspaces and teams.

Limitations

  • Inviting new members is not yet self-serve — there is no in-app invite flow today. The member list is visible, and roles are enforced, but adding people to a workspace from the app is not available yet.
