Workspaces and teams Live
How workspaces scope everything you do in Landing Zone, and how Owner, Admin, and Agent roles control what each member can do.
A workspace is your tenant in Landing Zone. Everything you create — contacts, lists, batches, templates, numbers, settings — is scoped to it, and your team works inside it under defined roles.
How it works
The workspace boundary
All data lives inside your workspace and stays there. Nothing is shared or visible across workspaces, so what your team sees is exactly what your workspace holds. See create a workspace for how one is set up.
Roles
Three roles — Owner, Admin, and Agent — control what members can do, and they are enforced server-side, not just hidden in the interface. For example, only Owners and Admins manage automations.
Members
The member list is visible under Settings → Members, so you can see who belongs to the workspace and what role each person holds.
Assignment
Teamwork is live in the unified inbox today: conversations can be assigned to members, so a team can split one queue without stepping on each other.
When to use it
Lean on roles as soon as more than one person works the account: give Agents the conversations, keep automation and administrative control with Owners and Admins, and use inbox assignment to make ownership of each conversation explicit.
Limitations
- Member invites are not yet self-serve — you can see the member list in the app, but adding new members from the app is not available today. This page will be updated when self-serve invites are available.
- Role behavior is enforced on the server, so a member's role — not their screen — determines what they can actually do.
