Credits and billing

Landing Zone uses credits to meter Intelligence actions — and only Intelligence actions. Sending batches, working the inbox, and making calls do not draw down credits; lookups, skip traces, verifications, and dataset purchases do.

How it works#

What consumes credits#

Each Intelligence action has a credit cost, and the cost is always shown in-app before you confirm. The full price list is in credit costs.

Included versus purchased#

Your plan includes monthly credits — Starter includes 250 per month, Pro includes 2,500 per month — and you can buy credit packs on top. When you spend, included monthly credits are consumed first, then purchased pack credits. Plan details are on plans.

Expiry#

Included monthly credits expire 12 months after issuance. Purchased pack credits never expire.

Charged only on success#

Credits are reserved when an action starts, then settled on success or released if nothing comes back — a skip trace with no match, for example, costs nothing. You are only charged for results.

Where to manage it#

Balances and credit history live in Settings → Credits. Your plan and invoices live in Settings → Billing, which opens the secure billing portal. The deeper how-and-why is covered in credits.

When to use it#

Let included monthly credits cover routine Intelligence use, and add packs when your usage grows past them — Pro's pack pricing is 15% lower than Starter's. If you are still on the trial, you have a separate small grant of trial credits; see the trial.

Limitations#

• Credits meter Intelligence only — they are not a currency for messaging, calls, or plan fees.
• If you cancel, included credits stop being issued; check the app for how any remaining balance is handled. See cancel or downgrade.
