- A2P 10DLC
- Application-to-Person messaging sent from standard 10-digit phone numbers. Registering this messaging helps mobile carriers identify the business behind the texts. Learn more
- Add a Property
- Attaching a property record to a contact in Landing Zone. Learn more
- Additional Property
- Another property associated with a contact, beyond their primary one. Learn more
- Additional Property Info
- Extra details about a property attached to a contact, such as characteristics and recent activity. Learn more
- Advanced Instant Lookup
- An Intelligence action that resolves a property and its owner's identity from an address or parcel number. Learn more
- Audit history
- Immutable records of compliance, messaging, calling, and billing events in your workspace. Learn more
- Batch
- Sending one message to many contacts as a single coordinated, reviewable send. Learn more
- Campaign
- An organized outreach effort that groups related batches, contacts, and results. Learn more
- Comparable Properties
- Properties similar to a given one, useful for adding context to a record.
- Consent
- Permission a contact has given to be contacted. Consent is the foundation of responsible outreach. Learn more
- Cooldown (30-day SMS)
- A product control that excludes contacts texted within the last 30 days from new SMS sends unless they replied. Learn more
- Credits
- The unit that meters Intelligence actions such as lookups, skip tracing, and verification. Email and SMS sending do not use credits. Learn more
- DNC (Do Not Call)
- Lists and policies intended to prevent unwanted contact. DNC screening checks numbers against your suppression data and imported lists before you reach out. Learn more
- Email verification
- Checking that an email address is valid and likely to be deliverable. Learn more
- Intelligence
- Landing Zone's umbrella for premium data actions: property search, owner lookup, business lookup, skip tracing, screening, and verification. Learn more
- Known-litigator screening
- Screening contacts against known-litigator lists so hits are suppressed from texting and calling. Learn more
- Line type
- Whether a phone number is mobile, landline, VoIP, or unknown. The type affects deliverability and how you can reach it. Learn more
- List
- A saved audience of contacts, usually created from an import or a selection, used to target batches. Learn more
- Opt-out / STOP keyword
- A reply such as STOP that asks a business to stop texting a contact. Landing Zone recognizes standard opt-out replies and stops messaging that contact. Learn more
- Phone verification
- Checking a phone number's line type and carrier before you message or call it. Learn more
- Property Owner Lookup
- Finding who owns a property and bringing that record into your contacts. Learn more
- Quiet hours
- Times of day when outreach is paused so you avoid contacting people too early or too late, in the contact's local time. Learn more
- Recent Transfers
- Recent ownership changes for properties in an area.
- Ringless voicemail
- Delivering a recorded message to a voicemail box without a conventional ringing call; also called a voicemail drop. Coming soon in Landing Zone. Learn more
- SIM
- Sending messages from a number tied to a physical mobile SIM, which works differently from carrier-registered A2P sending. Learn more
- Skip trace
- Researching additional contact details for a person, such as phone numbers and emails, to help you reach them. Learn more
- Spin syntax
- Template syntax that produces message variants so batch messages are not all identical. Learn more
- Suppression list
- The workspace-wide list of contacts who must not be texted or called — from opt-outs, complaints, screening hits, or manual additions. Learn more
- Template
- A reusable email or SMS message with merge fields, used as the starting point for batches. Learn more
- Toll-free verification
- A review process for sending business messages from a toll-free number so carriers recognize the sender. Learn more
- Trust Center
- The Landing Zone settings screen that tracks your A2P 10DLC registration status and gates SMS sending on approval. Learn more
- Unified inbox
- One queue for SMS and email replies across all your numbers and connected email accounts. Learn more
- Workspace
- Your Landing Zone account tenant — the container for your contacts, numbers, batches, team members, and billing. Learn more
