How credits work

What Intelligence credits pay for, the order they are consumed in, when they expire, and where to see your balance.

Credits meter Landing Zone's Intelligence actions — property lookups, skip tracing, verification, screening runs, and dataset purchases. Sending email and SMS does not consume credits.

Where credits come from

  • Included monthly credits — issued with your subscription each month: 250 on Starter, 2,500 on Pro. See Plans and pricing.
  • Credit packs — one-time purchases you can make at any time:

Pro pack pricing is 15% lower across the board.

Consumption order

When you run a credit-consuming action, included monthly credits are consumed first, then purchased pack credits. This means pack credits — which never expire — are preserved as long as possible.

Credits are charged only on success: an action reserves credits up front and either settles the charge when it completes or releases the reservation if it fails or returns nothing chargeable (for example, a skip trace with no match is free, and cached results are not charged again).

Expiration

  • Included monthly credits expire 12 months after they are issued.
  • Purchased credit-pack credits do not expire.

Credits do not all roll over forever — check your balance and upcoming expirations rather than assuming an old allotment is still available.

See your balance and history

Open Settings → Credits to see your current balance, how each action was charged, and your purchase history. Every Intelligence action also shows its exact cost in-app before you confirm it — see the credit cost reference.

If you cancel or downgrade

Included monthly credits stop being issued when a subscription ends, and credit-consuming actions require an active account. See Canceling or downgrading for the details.

Limitations

  • Per-action costs can change; the in-app confirmation is always authoritative.
  • Credit purchases are handled in the secure billing portal and appear in your billing history alongside subscription invoices.
