Understand credits
What credits pay for, what your plan includes, and how balances are consumed.
Credits meter Intelligence actions — lookups, skip traces, verification, and dataset purchases. Sending email or SMS does not use credits. Every credit cost is shown in-app before you confirm, and credits are only charged on success: they are reserved for the action, then settled or released.
What uses credits
- Advanced Instant Lookup — 5 credits per resolved owner profile.
- Skip Trace — 1 credit per successful match; cached results and no-matches are free.
- Email verification — 1 credit per bundle of 10 addresses.
- Property dataset purchases — priced per record, with a free estimate before you buy.
The full table lives at credit costs.
What your plan includes
- Starter — 250 included monthly credits ($99/month).
- Pro — 2,500 included monthly credits ($249/month), plus 15% off credit packs — Pro is intentionally more economical at higher Intelligence usage.
Need more? Credit packs of 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 25,000 are available; see plans for pack pricing on each plan.
How balances behave
- Included monthly credits expire 12 months after issuance.
- Purchased pack credits never expire.
- When you spend, included credits are consumed first, then purchased credits — so packs act as a reserve that outlasts any single month.
- Trial accounts start with 20 trial credits; unused trial credits are not converted when the trial ends.
Check your balance
Open Settings → Credits for your current balances and full history. Plan and invoices live in Settings → Billing (the secure billing portal). For the complete billing picture, see credits.
