Every Landing Zone account starts with a 7-day trial with full platform access and 20 trial credits to try Intelligence tools. A payment method is required at signup, and paid billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Before you start

  • A payment method — signup requires one, but you are not billed until the trial ends.
  • A plan choice: Starter ($99/month, 250 included monthly credits) or Pro ($249/month, 2,500 included monthly credits). Compare them on plans.

Steps

  1. Open the signup page at app.landingzone.co/register.
  2. Pick Starter or Pro — you choose your plan at signup, and it becomes your paid plan when the trial converts.
  3. Add your payment method — required to start the trial; billing begins when the 7 days end, not before.
  4. Finish signup — this creates your workspace, the account that holds your contacts, numbers, batches, and billing.
  5. Use your 20 trial credits — try a property search or a skip trace; the credit cost is shown in-app before you confirm each action.
  6. Decide before day 7 — do nothing and your chosen plan starts billing automatically, or cancel from the billing portal before the trial ends.

Limitations

  • Billing starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
  • Unused trial credits are not converted into paid credits.
  • The trial does not skip the setup every account needs for sending: email account connection and verification, phone-number provisioning, and A2P 10DLC registration for SMS at scale.

Am I charged during the trial?

No. A payment method is required at signup, but paid billing begins only when the 7-day trial ends — and not at all if you cancel before then.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account is not deleted; the subscription status changes and access ends at the period end. Check the app for current balance and data handling on canceled accounts.
