Property Search (also called Property Intelligence Search) finds properties across a geographic area you choose — a city, a set of ZIP codes, or one or more counties. You always see a free estimate before you purchase anything.

Before you start

  • A Landing Zone workspace (a trial works).
  • Credits if you plan to purchase a dataset — estimates are free. See How credits work.
  • The geography you want to target: a City and State, one or more ZIP codes, or one or more Counties and a State.

Steps

  1. Open Property Search. Go to Intelligence → Property Search in the Landing Zone app.
  2. Choose your geography. Search by City + State, by one or more ZIP codes, or by one or more Counties + State.
  3. Apply filters. Narrow the results with the available filter categories. Some filter categories require configuration before they apply — those are labeled in the app.
  4. Review the free estimate. Landing Zone shows how many properties match before you spend anything. Counts display as "at least N," so treat the number as a floor rather than an exact total.
  5. Review the results on the map. Use the map view to confirm the area and coverage look right before you buy.
  6. Purchase the dataset. Dataset purchases are priced per record, and the cost is shown in the app before you confirm. Credits are only charged on success.
  7. Save and use your results. Save the dataset, export it as a CSV, or send it to Skip Trace — a purchased dataset is one of the sources Skip Trace accepts. See Skip trace a saved audience.

Limitations

  • Result counts are estimates shown as "at least N" — not exact totals.
  • Some filter categories require configuration before they take effect; they are labeled in-app.
  • Property Search returns property records. It does not return owner phone numbers or email addresses — use Advanced Instant Lookup to resolve an individual owner and Skip Trace for contact details.
  • Purchasing property data does not establish consent to contact anyone. Before SMS outreach, review SMS consent.

Frequently asked questions

Does the estimate cost anything?

No. The estimate is free. You only spend credits when you purchase a dataset, which is priced per record with the cost shown before you confirm.

How do I get owner contact information?

Property Search finds properties. Use Advanced Instant Lookup to resolve a specific property's owner, then Skip Trace to research phone numbers and emails.

Can I export my results?

Yes. Like every Intelligence tool, Property Search results export to CSV.
