Your data in Landing Zone is yours to take with you. Contacts export as CSV, every Intelligence tool exports its results as CSV, lists can be downloaded, and your credit and billing history is available in Settings.

Before you start

  • Data worth exporting: contacts, Intelligence results, or lists in your workspace.

Steps

  1. Export contacts. Open Contacts and export your contact records as a CSV — fields, tags, and the data you've built up travel with the file.
  2. Export Intelligence results. Every Intelligence tool exports its results as CSV — Property Search datasets, Skip Trace results, DNC & Litigator Scrub results, and Verify results.
  3. Download a list. Lists you've built or imported can be downloaded, so the audience you assembled isn't locked in the app.
  4. View your credit history. Open Settings → Credits for your balance and credit history — what was charged, when, and for what. See Credits.
  5. View your billing history. Open Settings → Billing for your plan and invoices, managed through the secure billing portal.

Limitations

  • Data exports are CSV files — contacts, Intelligence results, and list downloads all use the same portable format.
  • Credit and billing history are in-app views under Settings → Credits and Settings → Billing; invoices are handled through the secure billing portal.
  • An export is a snapshot. Changes made after you download aren't in the file — export again when you need current data.
