Review screening results Live
Run a DNC & Litigator Scrub on a list, read the reason behind each hit, export the results, and see what gets suppressed automatically.
The DNC & Litigator Scrub in Intelligence checks a list against your workspace's screening data and tells you why each flagged contact was hit — so you can clean an audience before it ever reaches a batch.
Before you start
- A list to screen — build or import one first. See Create a list and Import a list.
- Screening data in your workspace: your suppression list plus any imported DNC or litigator data.
Steps
- Open Intelligence → DNC & Litigator Scrub.
- Run a scrub on a list. Pick the list you want screened and start the scrub.
- Read the result reasons. Each hit shows why it was flagged: a match on your internal suppression list, a match in imported DNC data, or a hit on a known-litigator list.
- Understand what gets suppressed automatically. Litigator hits are suppressed for SMS and calls with the reason recorded, and suppressed contacts are excluded from batch previews — see Suppression lists.
- Export the results. Download the scrub results as a CSV to review, archive, or share.
- Act on the clean remainder. Use the contacts that passed for your next batch, and leave flagged contacts out of SMS and calling outreach.
- Keep your screening data current. Results reflect the data you've imported — refresh imported DNC data so future scrubs stay meaningful.
Limitations
- Screening is scoped to your workspace suppression list and imported screening data. Landing Zone does not query the federal DNC registry live, so a contact absent from your data can still be on the registry.
- A scrub reports and suppresses based on matches; it does not determine whether any specific communication is lawful. Audience selection remains your responsibility — see DNC screening.
- Litigator hits are auto-suppressed for SMS and calls; review the exported results before using the same audience on other channels.
