The Dashboard is where your outreach numbers live: sends, delivery, replies, opt-outs, and call activity, with drill-downs into individual campaigns. A short review habit here tells you what's working before you spend more credits or send the next batch.

Before you start

  • Some outreach history — the Dashboard reflects the batches, campaigns, and calls your workspace has already run.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Scan sends and delivery. How much went out, and how much of it was delivered. A widening gap between the two is your earliest warning sign — see Understand a failed send.
  3. Check replies. Replies are the engagement signal that matters most for outreach; follow them into Inboxes to work the conversations.
  4. Watch opt-outs. A rising opt-out count on a particular send is feedback about audience or message — adjust before the next batch.
  5. Review call stats. Your manual outreach shows up here too — the calls you and your team placed, alongside the messaging numbers.
  6. Drill into a campaign. Campaign drill-downs break the totals down so you can compare one campaign against another and see which template and audience combinations perform.

Limitations

  • Today's Dashboard covers the core stats: sends, delivery, replies, opt-outs, calls, and campaign drill-downs. Advanced widgets and longer history are planned, not live.
  • Per-batch detail (opens, bounces, replies, opt-outs for a specific send) lives with the batch itself in Batches — use the Dashboard for the overview and the batch drill-down for specifics.
