How Landing Zone works

The end-to-end flow: choose an audience, verify and screen it, organize it, send batches, manage replies, and measure results.

Most work in Landing Zone follows the same six stages. Each stage has its own guides; this overview shows how they fit together.

  1. Choose your audience — discover properties and owners with Intelligence tools like Property Search and Skip Trace, or import a list you already own. Not sure which? See Intelligence or import.
  2. Verify and screenverify phone numbers to learn each line type, verify email addresses, and run the DNC & Litigator Scrub so screening results keep restricted contacts out of your sends.
  3. Organize your contacts — group contacts into lists, tag and segment them, and keep notes, custom fields, and outreach history on each record in the CRM.
  4. Send batches per channel — draft an email or SMS batch, preview who is included and who is excluded, then approve and start. Calls run alongside with click-to-call.
  5. Manage replies in the inbox — every SMS and email reply lands in the unified inbox, where you reply, assign, and set dispositions.
  6. Measure on the dashboard — track sends, delivery, replies, opt-outs, and calls, and drill into campaigns with dashboard analytics.

Guardrails run at send time

Consent checks, quiet hours, suppression, and the 30-day SMS cooldown are applied when a batch is prepared, and the preview shows exactly which contacts are excluded and why. These are product controls, not a legal determination — see responsible outreach for what stays your responsibility.

Work through the stages in order the first time. After that, jump straight to the guide you need from the sidebar or search.
