An overview of Landing Zone's premium data tools — Property Search, lookups, Skip Trace, screening, and verification — all metered in credits.
Intelligence is the umbrella for Landing Zone's premium data actions — the tools that find properties, identify owners, discover contact details, screen your contacts, and verify phone numbers and emails. It holds six tools:
- Property Search (Property Intelligence Search) — find properties by geography and purchase datasets. See Geographic prospecting.
- Advanced Instant Lookup — resolve a property and its owner identity from an address or APN. See Owner records.
- Advanced Business Lookup — business search, currently in development. See Business Intelligence.
- Skip Trace — find phone numbers and email addresses for your records. See Skip tracing.
- DNC & Litigator Scrub — screen contacts against your suppression list and imported DNC and litigator data.
- Verify — check phone line types and email deliverability. See Phone verification.
How it works
Every Intelligence action is metered in credits. Landing Zone shows the cost in-app before you confirm, so you always know what an action will use.
Credits are only charged on success: they are reserved when you start an action, then settled if it succeeds or released if it does not. For example, a Skip Trace match that returns nothing costs nothing, and an Advanced Instant Lookup only charges when a profile is resolved.
Included monthly credits are consumed first, then purchased credits. Check your balance and history any time in Settings → Credits. For the full cost table, see Credit costs.
Every Intelligence tool can export its results to CSV, so what you find is yours to keep and work with.
When to use it
Use Intelligence when you want to build an audience from data rather than bring your own — or to improve data you already have. A common flow: search a geography, resolve owners, skip trace for contact details, then verify and screen before any outreach. Limitations
- Advanced Business Lookup and business-owner discovery are in development. The interface exists, but lookups do not run yet and nothing is charged.
- Advanced Instant Lookup does not yet support owner-name search or phone-reverse lookup — it resolves from an address or APN.
- DNC & Litigator Scrub screens against your workspace suppression list and imported DNC data. It does not query the national DNC registry live.
- Results draw on public-records data, which can lag or contain errors. Verify details before acting on them — see Data accuracy.
Frequently asked questions
Am I charged when an action fails or finds nothing?
No. Credits are reserved when an action starts and only settled on success. Failed or empty results release the reservation.
Where do I see what each action costs?
The cost is shown in-app before you confirm any Intelligence action. The Credit costs reference page lists the verified per-action costs.
Which credits are used first?
Included monthly credits are consumed first, then purchased credit-pack credits. Your balance and history live in Settings → Credits.
