Property Intelligence Live
How Landing Zone's property dataset supports geographic search, property records, and owner identity — and how that data reaches your contacts.
Property Intelligence is the property side of Landing Zone's Intelligence tools. It answers three questions: which properties exist in an area, what a specific property's record says, and who owns it.
How it works
The property dataset supports three kinds of work:
- Geographic search. Property Search finds properties by City and State, one or more ZIP codes, or one or more Counties with a State. You can apply filters, get a free estimate before buying, and review results on a map. See Geographic prospecting.
- Property records. Each property has a record with ownership, parcel, and address details, plus context like Nearby Properties, Comparable Properties, and Recent Transfers. See Property records.
- Owner identity. Advanced Instant Lookup resolves a property and its owner identity from an address or APN, at 5 credits per resolved profile. See Owner records.
Property data flows into your contacts through Add a Property: attach a property to a contact record and its details appear on the contact, so the context travels with the person you are reaching out to. See Add a property.
When to use it
Use Property Intelligence at the front of a prospecting workflow — to build a list of properties in a target area, understand each one before outreach, and identify the owner behind it. From there, Skip Trace finds contact details and Verify confirms them.
Limitations
- Lookups return owner identity, not contact details. Owner phone numbers and emails require Skip Trace.
- Owner-name search and phone-reverse lookup are not yet available in Advanced Instant Lookup.
- Property data comes from public records, which can lag or contain errors — verify before acting. See Data accuracy.
