Trial behavior
What to expect during the 7-day Landing Zone trial — full platform access, 20 trial credits, automatic conversion, and the registrations you still need.
The Landing Zone trial is the full product for 7 days — not a limited demo. This page describes how it behaves in-product; the billing details live on the trial page.
How it works
Starting
You pick Starter or Pro at signup, and a payment method is required to start. The start a trial guide walks through it.
During the trial
You get full platform access plus 20 trial credits for Intelligence actions — enough to try lookups, skip tracing, and verification on real data. Per-action costs are listed in credit costs.
Ending
Paid billing on your chosen plan begins automatically when the 7 days end, unless you cancel first from the secure billing portal. If you do cancel, your data stays on the account — the subscription status changes, but the account is not deleted. Unused trial credits are not converted.
When to use it
Use the trial to prove your workflow end to end: import a list, scrub it, run a small number of Intelligence actions, and send a first reviewed batch. Seven days is enough to see the loop work if you start with data in hand.
Limitations
- Trial credits are limited to 20, so plan Intelligence testing around the actions that matter most to you.
- The trial does not waive external setup. A2P 10DLC registration is still required for SMS at scale, along with email account connection and verification and phone-number provisioning — see the A2P 10DLC setup guide. Registration runs on the carrier registry's timeline, not the trial's.
- Unused trial credits do not carry into the paid plan.
Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes — paid billing on the plan you chose begins when the trial ends, unless you cancel first from the secure billing portal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays on the account. The subscription status changes, but the account is not deleted.
