Contact enrichment Live
How Landing Zone fills in and confirms contact data — skip tracing for phones and emails, property enrichment, and verification — as one data-quality workflow.
Contact enrichment is about keeping your contacts accurate, complete, and current. Clean data means better reach and more reliable results from every batch and campaign — and in Landing Zone, enrichment is three tools working together.
How it works
Enrichment combines three capabilities from Intelligence:
- Skip tracing fills in what is missing: phone numbers and email addresses for contacts you only know by name and address. Each successful match costs 1 credit; cached results and no-matches are free. See Skip tracing.
- Property enrichment adds property context: attach a property to a contact with Add a Property, and its record details appear on the contact. See Property records.
- Verification confirms what you have: line-type checks classify each phone number and email verification tests deliverability. See Phone verification and Email verification.
Together they form a data-quality workflow: enrich to fill gaps, verify to confirm what is reachable, then screen before outreach. Refreshing stale data before a big send keeps that quality from decaying.
When to use it
Enrich right after contacts arrive — from an import or a property dataset — and again before any large send. The Enrich contacts guide walks through the sequence in the app.
Limitations
- Enrichment finds and confirms data; it does not create permission. Skip-traced contacts default to UNVERIFIED consent until an opt-in is recorded — see Consent records.
- Matched and verified data can still go stale. Public and carrier data change; verify again before acting on old results.
- Enrichment actions are metered in credits, with costs shown in-app before you confirm.
