Landing Zone is a property intelligence and multichannel outreach platform. You find properties and their owners with Intelligence tools — business discovery is in development — or import your own audiences, verify and screen the contacts, then reach out by email, SMS, and calls. Every reply lands in a unified inbox backed by a CRM, and the actual work happens in the app at app.landingzone.co.

What Landing Zone does#

• Find your audience — search properties by geography, look up owners, and skip trace for phones and emails, or import a CSV you already have.
• Verify and screen — check line types and email addresses, and run contacts through screening before you send.
• Reach out — send email and SMS batches and place calls, with consent, quiet hours, and suppression enforced at send time.
• Manage replies — work every conversation from the unified inbox and keep records in the CRM.
