Direct mail In development
Where direct mail stands in Landing Zone today, and what to expect when it launches.
Direct mail — sending physical letters or postcards to the mailing addresses in your contact records — is being actively implemented in Landing Zone.
Why direct mail fits Landing Zone
Property outreach often starts from a mailing address — it is the one contact point every property record has. Direct mail complements email, SMS, and calling for audiences where you have an address but no verified phone or email, and for markets where physical mail performs well.
Intended workflow
The planned flow mirrors the batch model used by other channels: choose an audience, pick a mail format and template, get a price before committing, approve the job, submit it for printing and delivery, and track its progress — with the same suppression and screening controls applied where relevant.
Rules and risks
Direct mail has its own, generally lighter, rules than telephone channels — but it is not rule-free. Content must be truthful and non-deceptive, some audiences and industries carry extra restrictions, and several states regulate specific solicitation formats (for example, mail that resembles official or governmental documents). See Direct-mail considerations.
